Fitness What Is A Good Fitness Bar To Eat After A Workout?

What is a good fitness bar to eat after a workout? - fitness

My training is usually the current 1.5 miles and make different types of strength training. I want to lose I've EUR 10,12 after entering the university, but it was a very difficult task for me so far. So ... I am looking for a bar, fitness gym good to eat after a workout will help me in my approach to weight loss. Thank you for the advice.

Askmen.com Recommends Cliff bars. There are several species, including the protein level (though, as most are required for the recovery of carbohydrates to restore muscle glycogen).

As for me, I hold myself to a homemade dough with water and soy milk, protein powder, fruit, raw cocoa, yeast and linseed meal.

The best bars in the form, I know that you can buy after training Myoplex bars are. I used to intense training and if the training was the coach would shake a Myoplex or Myoplex bar type depends on the intensity of training.

Cliff is a very natural, but usually eat before training, to give you energy.

None of them are good, provided they are rich in protein and low in carbohydrates.
