Just think of what you do in your spare time instead of illusions of vision AKA tube TV (except sports and movies on DVD). For example, meet new people, read some books to improve their lives, going to sporting and cultural events during the exercise to keep fit, even their own businesses. I, I live in Chicago, and during the hockey season, I'd rather look at a Blackhawks hockey game on Sunday night to Extreme Makeover, Desperate Housewives, and the rest of the garbage on TV. The rest of the week, I read self-help books, go to a library or center to meet people and talk to my family and friends on the phone. There's more to life than television and pop culture. Think about it.

I totally agree, but sometimes I watch TV without a doubt the most part, but my dog for a long walk, work in my garden, reading and volunteering at the Aquarium, where I meet a lot of people to many different places. to go to the beach and seeing friends. It is easier to fall into the TV "cheat" in the cold season.

It appears that you have on deck. I do not watch television not. I have heard in the background when I'm sitting here answering these questions, but otherwise, no TV for me. I'd rather read a book, do crossword puzzles or sudko or write, work on my side, walk through the neighborhood.
