How do i run the downloaded game, Call of Duty 4? - mount and play serial key

I downloaded Call of Duty 4 from a stream, and in the readme file, which states:


Installation:

- Unpack.
- Mount with Deamon-Tools Pro
- Career of the newest version of YASU Daemon Tools directory.
- Install.
- If you are prompted to serial: 8E8P-4MGQ-LP8Y-PYWE use-3380
- Play.



I do not understand all this when someone please tell me how to solve them, so I can play. Thank you!
